Villa Assolata is an ancient Tuscan-style stone farmhouse. With its imposing appearance, it sits on a hill overlooking the Villa a Sesta Polo Club, on the road leading to the well-preserved ancient village of Montebenichi (Arezzo, Tuscany).

On the ground floor, there is an elegantly decorated entrance hall with emerald-colored sofas, a large living room with a dining table and a reading nook facing a beautiful fireplace, a living room/TV room with windows that offer a fairy-tale view of the outdoor terrace and direct access to it, a small kitchen equipped with everything needed to make your stay perfect, and a bedroom with two single beds (can be converted into a double bed upon request) with independent access to the outside and a private bathroom.
A stone staircase leads to a double bedroom with a view of the Polo and a private bathroom on the right, while a corridor to the left, allowing even more privacy, leads to the other double bedroom with a private bathroom. The outdoor terrace has sofas and a table for dining and a convenient BBQ.

Family Suite 2

100 sq m apartment for 4 people. Private access. On the ground floor is a lovely dining room with a well-equipped kitchenette. From here, on the right, you enter a large double bedroom with a view of the green countryside and a private bathroom. To the left is a large living room with a door leading to a small garden area. Enjoy a TV and timeless relaxation. Up the stairs is the second double bedroom, which leads to a stunning terrace overlooking the Polo area, complete with a garden table, daybed, and BBQ. The bedroom has a private bathroom. The terrace can also be accessed directly from the outside, without having to pass through the bedroom or the living room below.

Junior Suite 3

90 sq m apartment for 4 people. Private access. The first floor is accessed via an external staircase overlooking the garden, complete with a BBQ and outdoor table with umbrella. A bright entrance hall completely transforms the perception of the space, which includes a well-equipped kitchenette and a charming dining room. A guest bathroom is also included. On the right is an elegant living room featuring a fireplace and comfortable sofas. TV and timeless relaxation are available. To the left is a double bedroom. From the kitchen, a wooden staircase leads to the second double bedroom, very bright and airy, where the color palette creates an elegant and classy atmosphere. Both bedrooms have a private bathroom. Access to the bathroom from the upstairs bedroom is via three steps.

80 sq m apartment for 4 people. Private access. A unique "maison" located on the ground floor with a large terrace and garden equipped with a BBQ and dining table (open space). Nature and romance reign supreme thanks to the extravagant location of the kitchen overlooking the surrounding countryside.
